Educational program Young Entrepreneurs at National School for Culture and Languages (NUKK)
Our Team Successfully Implemented the “Young Entrepreneurs” Program on Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy at NUKK!
We’re excited to share that at the end of April 2025, we successfully wrapped up one of our most inspiring initiatives yet – the “Young Entrepreneurs” educational program at the National School for Culture and Languages (NUKK) in Gorna Banya. The project was part of a national initiative by Champions Factory, carried out in partnership with Ti Mozhesh Li Association.
► What is the program about?
The Young Entrepreneurs program aims to develop entrepreneurial skills and financial literacy among young people aged 15 to 18. The topics were presented in a practical, engaging, and easy-to-understand way – through interactive games, real-life scenarios, teamwork, and learning through experience.
The sessions were led by our certified trainers Denitsa Yordanova and Viktoria Bolgradova, who completed the official Champions Factory training and brought their full energy, expertise, and dedication to every session with the students.
►Who participated?
The program involved 11th-grade students from NUKK – active, creative, and curious young people who dove into each topic with great enthusiasm.
For some, this was their first encounter with concepts like budgeting, social security, taxes, or investing. For others, it was a chance to see what it’s like to take a real business idea and turn it into an actual plan.
► What did the training include?
The program was structured around two main modules – financial literacy and entrepreneurship – explored through practical, hands-on topics such as:
The students didn’t just learn new terms – they started thinking critically, asking questions, solving problems, and even pitching their own ideas.
► The Grand Finale: Real Businesses by Real Students
The highlight of the program was the Business Challenge – a practical task in which participants had to design, plan, launch, and analyze their own business project. And not just on paper – we’re talking about real products, real clients, and real revenue.
► The winning project was created by Atanas Georgiev:
“Sound Rebels” – a concept for interactive DnB events with game-like elements, mystery guests, and musical roulette.
Atanas successfully organized his first event, which attracted over 130 attendees and generated a profit from the very first edition.
We’re proud to have been part of this journey.
A big thank you to NUKK for the trust, to Champions Factory for the opportunity, and most of all – to the students, who made this program so lively, meaningful, and real.
