Coaching competencies for individual and group work.
"Follow me" took place with the participation of 13 countries and 42 participants who acquired coaching competencies and improved their skills to work with young people and teams. Participating countries included Albania, Georgia, Greece, Italy, Spain, Jordan, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Northern Macedonia and Serbia.
Among the results of the project were the increased coaching competencies of the participants such as:
building an environment of trust;
effective communication;
listening levels and how to listen actively;
the role of strong issues;
goal setting and tracking progress;
